Qubexa Inc is a software development company that creates and sells proprietary AR/VR applications directly to end users.

2. Software Licenses

When you purchase our software, you receive a license to use the software according to the license type purchased:

• Standard License: Single-user license for individual use
• Team License: Multi-user license for organizations (up to specified user count)
• Enterprise License: Unlimited users within a single organization
• All licenses are non-transferable and subject to the terms herein

3. Payment Terms

Software licenses and support subscriptions are sold directly by Qubexa Inc. Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for enterprise purchases. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of Qubexa Inc. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not to own, modify, or redistribute it.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on software licenses. Contact support@qubexatech.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Support subscriptions are non-refundable after the first month.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qubexa Inc's liability is limited to the amount paid for the software license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from software use.
